Inspired by a vision of creating a space where healing is both inclusive and affordable, she founded Helen’s Project with the belief that everyone deserves access to quality mental health support, regardless of their background or financial situation.​​Helen’s Project operates on the principle that culturally competent and empathetic mental health care is essential for holistic well-being. The organization collaborates with a diverse team of mental health professionals who not only possess clinical expertise but also understand the unique cultural nuances and challenges faced by the BIPOC community.

Taylor is a Licensed Professional Counselor and graduated with an Master of Arts in Addictions Counseling at Liberty University.

Taylor has a heart for anyone desiring freedom from addictions and traumas. Taylor’s passion is assisting clients in finding release from a range of mental health difficulties including trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression.

Clients often describe me as compassionate, validating, and down-to-earth. I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, identity exploration, trauma, and mood disorders. I create a therapeutic space where clients can show up as their full selves—without judgment.

I am a Clinical Social Worker, based in the Woodlands, Texas, specializing in working with adults and older adults facing grief, depression, and anxiety. I provide a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported I believe that healing happens at your own pace, and I am here to walk alongside you with care and respect.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Mississippi & Tennessee, a National Certified Counselor, and a National Certified School Counselor. I have over 18 years of experience in the counseling field. I offer sessions IN PERSON and VIRTUALLY. I provide therapy for individuals and couples.

I have worked as a therapist since 2014 and really enjoy supporting people in exploring their identity, processing trauma, navigating life transitions, and parenting. I use several different therapy modalities, including EMDR and Brainspotting. Together we can find what works best for you.
