I grew up in MA. I earned a 2nd-degree black belt from Premier Martial Arts. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UML. I worked at a group home for teenagers, then one for adult men with schizophrenia. I worked as a support and then a lead teacher at a day program for adults with developmental disabilities. There, I learned a lot about Behaviorism and ABA. I was then able to work as a clinician as I finished my graduate degree.
I earned my graduate degree at Fitchburg State University. I did my internship at the Community Health Center in Fitchburg. I worked in community mental health before venturing out on my own.
I specialize in EMDR for complex trauma and solution-focused short-term therapy. I am willing to share personal and HIPAA-compliant info if it is relevant to your recovery. I chose this specialty because it has worked for me! Let me show you how you can take back control of your mental health.

As a licensed social worker with over 11 years of experience across diverse populations
and life challenges, I have developed a deep understanding of how person, environment,
and context all shape our wellbeing. I have supported individuals and families navigating
anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, life transitions, and questions of identity. My approach
is strength-based at its core: I see you as the expert in your own life, and my role is to
help you build on what already works while navigating what feels stuck. I am now focused
on supporting adults in individual therapy, and I would love to connect with you.

Searching for a therapist is the first step toward a more resilient version of yourself. As an LGBTQIA+ Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I provide a space rooted in respect, sensitivity, and radical compassion. I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience offering individual and family therapy. I have worked with youth ages 3-19 and their families, with a particular passion for supporting foster and adoptive families, LGBTQIA+ youth, and young people with special education needs. As an individual therapist, I have supported adolescents and adults living with the impacts of trauma, substance dependence, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia.
As a licensed substance use and addiction counselor, I believe that recovery is not a one-size-fits-all journey—it’s a deeply personal process that deserves compassion, respect, and hope. Every individual’s story is unique, and so are the reasons behind their struggles with substance use. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I view my role not as someone who tells clients what recovery “should” look like, but as a guide who helps them discover what recovery means for them.
I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and have specific specialties in ADHD and grief work. I also hold a Level 1 CrossFit certification, which informs my holistic approach to mental health. I am especially interested in the connection between physical and emotional well-being and how movement, routine, and mindset can support lasting change.
When I’m not in session, you can usually find me trying out new recipes or restaurants, at the CrossFit gym lifting heavy things on purpose, or keeping up with the chaos and companionship of my two very active dogs.
