Hello! I've been practicing since 2017. I've worked in community based organizations and private practice. I've worked closely with the BIPOC communities with a particular emphasis on the Latinx community. I am Latinx and cis-genderd female. I focus on intergenerational trauma and healing. I specialize in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, Maternal Mental Health, Family Mental Health, Interpersonal Violence, Complex Trauma and Traumatic Stress. I've seen couples since 2024.

Hello and thank you for being here! My name is Dorota, but I go by Dorothy. I am a wife, mom of 2 beautiful little girls and one furry, four-legged girl, and trauma therapist. I obtained my MSW in 2020 and LCSW in 2025 and have worked with all folks of all ages. My speciality is trauma, but anyone who is going through some challenges, life transitions, or just hard times right now can reach out to see if I would be a good fit.

I'm Cassandra Otoo-Robinson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and the founder of Healing Out Loud PLLC. I created Healing Out Loud because I believe too many people suffer in silence until the weight of everything they're carrying begins to affect their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to show up for yourself at a pace that feels right for you.

I am especially passionate about supporting adolescents, women, parents and caregivers, and individuals navigating trauma, grief, divorce, major life transitions, and maternal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional adjustments that often accompany parenthood. I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, anger, and family and relationship concerns.
