I have experience working with adolescents and adults of all ages, navigating trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, and complex life transitions. I specialize in trauma-informed care and work with clients who feel stuck in painful patterns, overwhelmed by emotions, or disconnected from themselves or others. My training includes CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and I have completed specialized training working with betrayal Trauma and sex addiction through IITAP. Finding light in the darkest moments, and hope when it feels lost. For 25 years, Stacey has helped people rewrite their stories, move through pain, and reclaim their sense of self. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, Stacey specializes in guiding individuals and couples through depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship and family strain and even moments of deep hopelessness. Outside the therapy room, you’ll find her thrifting for hidden gems, traveling, cheering on her favorite sport teams or playing games—because joy and play are powerful parts of healing, too.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). My decision to become a counselor comes from a genuine desire to contribute to the well-being of others. I have always been naturally curious and interested in understanding people, the experiences that shape us, the patterns we develop, and the ways we navigate both adversity and growth.
Mental health and psychology have also been part of my world for as long as I can remember. As the daughter of a mental health counselor, I grew up with an appreciation for the importance of mental health, human behavior, and the therapeutic process. Over time, that early exposure contributed to my own passion for helping others.
Like many people, I have experienced my own share of life’s challenges and difficult seasons. Those experiences have shaped my understanding of resilience and deepened my compassion for the complexities of being human. They have also taught me that healing is not always linear and that sometimes we need support to move through the experiences that leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves.
It is a privilege to support people through vulnerable and meaningful moments in their lives. I see my clients as a whole person with a unique history, strengths, challenges, and capacity for growth. My hope is that you leave therapy not only feeling understood and supported, but also more knowledgeable about yourself, equipped with practical tools, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
Hi, I’m Stephany. I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stress that can feel overwhelming or hard to manage alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally drained, stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, or unsure how to move forward.
I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood. Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and easy to open up to.
