Trained in evidence-based therapies like CBT, EMDR, PE, and CPT, I am committed to helping clients gain the tools and confidence to overcome challenges.

I also provide caregiver support and work with families seeking healthier boundaries, stronger communication, and greater understanding of one another. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating experiences related to teen pregnancy and the challenges that can accompany major life transitions.
I have been a counselor legally for years but a great listener all of my life. I graduated with my master's at Brenau University almost 5 years ago. Most of my background comes from educational schooling and life experiences.
