Hi, I'm Lizandra, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and U.S. Air Force Veteran providing therapy to adolescents and adults throughout Florida in both English and Spanish.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, or major life transitions, I'm here to help you navigate those experiences with compassion and practical tools for lasting change.

As both a therapist and veteran, I understand how life's experiences can shape the way we think, feel, and connect with others. I have a special interest in working with veterans, first responders, and individuals recovering from trauma, while also supporting women who are learning to heal, build confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and reconnect with themselves.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I use evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), DBT-informed interventions, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have completed EMDRIA-approved EMDR training and am currently completing my consultation hours.

My goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered as we work together to create meaningful, lasting change so you can move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and hope.

Cassondra Kelchner is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. Cassondra works to support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, major life transitions and decisions, grief, stress/trauma, substance abuse, and more.

I endeavour to help my clients manage their stressors, mood or anxiety disorders, or lack of focus/attention through medication management. I evaluate each patient holistically with an agreed upon treatment care at the end of the session. I prescribe appropriate medication or supplements based on patient's preference and depth of disorder.

My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. I want to walk alongside you and help to empower you. Together, we find hope.

I am dedicated to the mental health field and have been both a therapist and a clinical supervisor. My areas of knowledge include trauma, depression, grief, anxiety, adjustment disorder, substance abuse, ADHD, self-esteem issues, and life transition difficulties. Arti earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from The University of Missouri at Rolla and his master’s in counseling from Webster University. Arti became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2014. Arti has been working within the child welfare world for 24 years and has been part of almost every aspect of the system from preventative services to residential services to investigation of child abuse and neglect. Arti specializes in childhood trauma, trauma of all kinds, and family relationships.

I regularly work with individuals facing a variety of life's diverse challenges including anxiety/ panic, family-of-origin concerns, depression, maternal mental health, transition to parenthood, trauma, grief/ loss, sexual issues, and career related concerns. I also have a specialization in sex and relationship therapy.

My clients are often seeking a combination of clarity, coping skills, and in general -- more ease and happiness in their daily life. I also have a unique specialization in "relationship therapy for one" where we unpack what might be keeping you stuck or unhappy when it comes to your overall relationship health/ satisfaction.

I have been a licensed therapist for over a decade and received my training at state of the art educational institutes including Syracuse University and other hospital and outpatient centers across NY and Manhattan. I have also sought out ongoing participation in professional clinical consultation groups with some of the most influential therapists and thought leaders of our time. These varied and diverse professional training experiences enable me to provide the best possible care to each client I serve. In addition, I also provide training and mentorship for new therapists looking to specialize in sex and relationship health.
