I also have many years of experience working with people struggling with substance use.

My goal is to guide clients to improve their interpersonal relationships, overcome life stresses, and feel less depressed and anxious. With EMDR training and additional focus in CBT, exposure-based approaches, and IFS, my goal is to help you build the skills and strategies you need to feel more in control, more present, and more like the person you were created to be.

With 19 years of behavioral health experience, I bring extensive experience in addiction and recovery and am trained in EMDR through the Francine Shapiro EMDR Institute.
