I am currently working with clients statewide via telehealth.
I enjoy working with adults from diverse backgrounds who seek to improve the quality of their lives. Is there a place you find yourself stuck? Do you have some insight into what may be happening, but want to seek professional support to grow and thrive? Whether you are familiar with counseling or not, each person's therapeutic journey is unique. For the past 20 years, I've worked across private practices, youth development centers, schools, and mental health clinics. My passion is to work with adults navigating major life transitions. Whether you are a college student or approaching retirement, my hope is to walk alongside you during this time of change and uncertainty; to help create the conditions for you to reconnect with your authentic self and remember what lights you up. We can explore ways to recognize and acknowledge your anxiety that moves beyond words. Incorporating expressive arts, guided imagery, and embodied exercises to help you strengthen your awareness with your emotions and rewrite old narratives.
Hi there! I’m glad you’re here. Seeking support takes courage, and I’m honored to be part of your journey.
I’m Daniel, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who provides therapy in both English and Mandarin. I work with adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and cultural or identity-related concerns.
My goal is to create a warm and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I look forward to walking alongside you as you navigate this chapter of your life.
A lot of people who find their way to me have spent years in a world that wasn't quite built for the way their brain works, and they're still figuring out what that means. I'm Brittany, a Neurodiversity affirming Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with adolescents, adults, and seniors. I specialize in supporting Autistic teens and adults, including those who received their diagnosis later in life, alongside people navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, ADD/ADHD, and relationship challenges. Clients often tell me I'm the first therapist who has really understood them.
I have a strong track record of working with parents, building relationships and connecting with youth who are reluctant or nervous about therapy. I have a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and Masters in Education and Childhood Development. I've worked as a therapist in Jr. High and High School settings and currently work in private clinic to heal family relationships. I give you the tools to be kinder to yourself and step back into your life refreshed and empowered.
I believe that meaningful healing happens through connection. My goal is to create a compassionate, respectful, and supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and exploring the experiences that have shaped you. I work with children, adolescents, and adults and recognize that every person brings unique strengths, values, relationships, and life experiences to therapy. I will meet you where you are and support you as you work toward greater understanding, healing, and growth. For clients who desire it, Christian faith and spirituality can also be incorporated into our work in a way that honors your individual beliefs and comfort level.
I’m a licensed therapist trained in somatic psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies. I work with individuals, couples, and men, supporting clients with anxiety (including social anxiety), depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. I also help people navigating loneliness, work-related stress, and cultural or identity-related experiences, including multiracial relationships. My goal is to help people better understand themselves, their patterns, and how they relate to others. I tend to be warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, while also being direct when it’s helpful.
I received my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University and have been practicing psychotherapy in a variety of settings including foster care, public health clinics, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) clinics, group homes, HIV clinics, primary care clinics and private practice for the past 20 years.
I'm warm, pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and approachable.
It's a Blessing to Meet You!
