With over 25 years of experience in youth mental health and 11 years as a licensed psychologist, I support clients dealing with issues at home and school settings, disturbances in mood such as anxiety, depression, or anger, attention problems, behavior/conduct problems, family conflict, and autism.

Hello! I am Dr. Efrain Zepeda. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Social Worker. In the past 26 years of working as a mental health professional, one important lesson I have learned is that the most powerful therapeutic intervention is found in the interpersonal experience that occurs in the client-therapist relationship. Hello! My background has been in community mental health practice—working with a broad range of life situations and issues people face. During that time, I worked with individuals, children/teens, couples, and families. I taught a values-based parenting class for several years, helping parents to strengthen their skills. Now that I have my own practice, I love working with women from all walks of life and with teens and children.
