A little background: I attended Loma Linda University School Nursing for my Bachelor of Science and RN degrees, Cal State Long Beach for my Master of Science and Nurse Practitioner degrees, and most recently UCLA for my Doctor of Nursing practice degree.

The boring details: I offer both telehealth and in person psychiatric services telehealth appointments are available to patients anywhere in California with in-person visits offered in San Bernardino and at my Brentwood satellite office by appointment.

I have over a decade of experience as a psychiatric nurse practitioner and previously spent nearly 10 years as a neonatal intensive care (NICU) nurse. These experiences have shaped my whole-personal approach to care and deep appreciation for clinical connection between physical health, emotional well-being, and family dynamics.

I offer both medication management and supportive therapy taking time to educate patients about their diagnosis and treatment options so they can make informed decisions about their own care.

I work primarily with children, adolescents, and families to promote growth and change. With over 25 years of experience in youth mental health and 11 years as a licensed psychologist, I support clients dealing with issues at home and school settings, disturbances in mood such as anxiety, depression, or anger, attention problems, behavior/conduct problems, family conflict, and autism.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I see the world through the lens of relationships. I treat adults dealing with anxiety, depression, relationships, perinatal mental health, childhood trauma, and religious wounds. I believe the work of therapy is in undoing aloneness. I became a therapist because I believe it’s in relationships we are injured and paradoxically, it must be through relationships that we heal.

I graduated from Azusa Pacific University with my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I use various modalities such as CBT, REBT, Person-Centered, or a combination of approaches and techniques while working with my clients. I can also provide services in Spanish and offer Christian spiritual integration upon request.
