I have over 30 years of clinical, counseling and administrative experience working with individuals and couples, addressing the unique issues related to their unique life experiences. I have extensive professional and personal experience with military families and veterans. I understand first-hand the struggles of grief and medical conditions that impact all aspects of life. I have supported chronically and terminally ill patients, individuals living with cancer or chronic medical diagnoses, as well as parents experiencing infertility, peripartum, and postpartum depression. Whether dealing with life transitions, parenting, depression, anxiety, or divorce, or simply seeking to express yourself and feel more confident, I am here to walk with you, provide insights, and support you toward lasting change.
Support throughout life, especially during life transitions, is critical yet often hard to find. Family and friends may be unavailable or simply not understand. Furthermore, guilt, shame and overwhelm can complicate navigating transitions, whether due to a significant loss, medical diagnosis, new beginnings or a host of other reasons.
I am a licensed mental health therapist who is well versed in providing support to diverse individuals working through life transitions including the immense pain and harsh reality that grief and loss can bring. I am also a trained perinatal mental health therapist with a passion for providing support during preconception, pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.
I'm Saby Kirpal, a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health care. I hold Master's degrees from Chamberlain University and Walden University, graduating with Presidential Honors, reflecting my commitment to clinical excellence. My diverse professional background spans inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, and outpatient clinics, giving me insight into mental health treatment at every level of care. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorders, eating disorders, schizophrenia/psychosis, and substance use disorders across age groups. My experience includes working with children as young as eight through adults in crisis stabilization, residential treatment, and ongoing medication management. As Associate Director of Nursing, I've provided clinical oversight across multiple facilities while maintaining patient care, keeping me grounded in real-world challenges.
What makes my practice unique is the integration of my nursing background with psychiatric expertise. I understand how physical health, medications, lifestyle factors, and mental health interconnect. Being trilingual in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, with conversational Spanish, allows me to serve diverse communities and appreciate how culture shapes mental health experiences.
I've worked from UCSF Health to community clinics, teaching me that excellent care isn't about the setting—it's about the relationship. Whether you're seeking help for the first time, between providers, or managing ongoing conditions, I'm here to partner with you. My approach centers on listening first, explaining clearly, and making decisions together. Mental health treatment should never feel like something done to you, but rather something we navigate together. I'm committed to creating a space where you feel respected, understood, and genuinely supported.

Much can happen in life that we never saw coming and/or that never wanted for ourselves. I believe that in spite of this, there is still a greater hope.
As your therapist, I will collaborate with you in your journey to regain and nourish that hope as you seek healing, clarity, and change. Together, we will establish a safe environment to explore the issues that are consuming you, set goals toward change, learn more about yourself and your values, find clarity, and equip you with the tools you need to keep going.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I have worked in the field of social work helping individuals and families of individuals going through chronic illness, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, caregiving, communication issues, relationship issues, financial stressors, burn-out, and self-care. My experience has been mostly with adults, ages 18 – 80, but I also have some experience working with teenagers (16 and older) and couples.
I believe therapy is most effective when you feel accepted, understood, and empowered. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself while also feeling challenged to grow. I meet clients where they are, recognizing that everyone comes to therapy with unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
I'm Lindsay Fisher, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I want you to know that I see mental health care as deeply personal work. The trust you place in me is something I hold sacred.
My journey to this field has been unconventional, and I believe that's my strength. I spent nearly a decade in financial services and pharmaceutical sales before entering healthcare. During those years, I witnessed something that changed me: talented, wonderful people struggling silently with anxiety and depression while trying to manage their careers, relationships, and futures. I saw how mental health challenges ripple through every aspect of life. That's when I realized I didn't want to observe these struggles from the sidelines anymore. I wanted to be part of the healing.
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Mount Saint Joseph University and my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certificate from Purdue Global University. But my most transformative education came from working as a Registered Nurse in an acute geropsychiatric unit at Desert Springs Hospital. There, I cared for elderly patients experiencing Alzheimer's, dementia, depression, bipolar disorder, and acute psychiatric crises during their most vulnerable moments. That experience taught me the profound importance of patience, dignity, and individualized care—lessons I carry into every appointment today.
I completed clinical rotations at four respected psychiatric practices in Las Vegas, and each site offered me a position upon graduation. Now licensed in Arizona, I specialize in medication management for adults navigating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other mental health conditions.
I blend clinical expertise with authentic empathy. I understand that starting or changing medication can feel overwhelming, and I'm here to guide you with transparency and unwavering support. You deserve care that honors your whole story.
