I have been in the mental health field for almost 10 years. I spent two years as a case manager for kids 6-17. I completed my internship and practicum at a rehab facility that worked with everything from trauma, substance use, and mood disorders. I work in the prison system for three years, two of which I was a substance abuse counselor. I have been running my own practice for just over two years now. I have a lot of experience working with a wide range of clients.

I am a nurse practitioner with dual certifications in family practice and psychiatric mental health. My passion for holistic care drives my integrated approach, addressing both primary care and mental health to meet my patients' diverse needs.
