I provide pharmacotherapy (medication management) motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic modalities. We can assess during the first meeting if your treatment requires additional therapeutic support. I will provide a referral to a licensed therapist to ensure you receive comprehensive care. It's not easy starting therapy and investing time in yourself, but you've already done the first step! My experience has primarily been focused in clients with eating disorders and co-occurring diagnoses. With that said, I also have extensive experience working with relationship challenges, anxiety, self-harm, and suicidality. I generally like to pull from my knowledge of various therapy modalities such as DBT, CBT, FBT and EFFT. I also really enjoy self-compassion work. Your goals are always my top priority, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

Outside of work, I enjoy live music, spending time with friends, and hanging out with my dogs, Nala and Toni. These personal interests help me stay grounded and bring balance to my life, which I believe is crucial for overall well-being.

Hi! I’m Camille. Thank you for being here. For more than 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for individuals and families across many different healthcare settings—from emergency nursing and the COVID-19 pandemic response to travel and concierge nursing, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and outpatient psychiatry. After years of living and working in major cities, including New York and Los Angeles, I eventually found my way to California’s Sierra Nevada foothills. My own experiences shape the way I connect with people. I’m a mother, a first-generation immigrant, part of a multicultural family, and a member of a rural mountain community. A meaningful part of my work is with high-achieving adults—professionals, executives, graduate students, entrepreneurs, healthcare workers, and others who may appear to be doing well by every external measure while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, burned out, or simply not quite like themselves. I also understand the unique weight that can come with intergenerational expectations, cultural identity, and learning to navigate more than one world at once.

I am an independent therapist who works to get you you where you need and want to be in life. Most know me by Frank. Frank has been in the field of behavioral health for more than 25 years. Beginning with Independent Living Skills Training for Traumatic Brain Injured Individuals, Frank took care of individuals that had a goal of independence. Frank continued on in the field with respite care and eventually graduated from Grand Canyon University Cum Laude and Alphi Chi Honor society. Frank’s counseling journey began with Group Therapy in co-occuring addictions and proceeded to Crisis work including Title 36 and Crisis Mobile Team. Frank has experience with inpatient therapy as well. Following Clinic work and IOP, Frank, continued his work as a Clinical Supervisor.
