After 10 years experience in counseling, I specialize in a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). In addition, I am in the process of developing my knowledge base in Somatic Experiencing (SE) therapy. My experience with these treatment modalities allows me to tailor treatment to your unique needs and experiences.

Ezinne Iroku is licensed in Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, has a second Master's degree and license in Family Nurse Practitioner. She has broad experience in a wide range of backgrounds, including but not to limited to working in an Emergency Room as a Nurse Practitioner, working in a Correction Center treating SMI and GMH patients as a Nurse practitioner, and as an independent contractor providing Tele-health services to patients in Residential Treatment Centers.

With over 9 years of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from childhood through older adulthood in navigating mental health challenges. I specialize in treating a wide range of conditions, including anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, mood disorders (such as Major Depressive Disorder and Bipolar Disorder), psychosis, ADHD, ASD, and substance use disorders, including opioid and alcohol use disorder.

I bring a unique perspective to my practice as a Foreign Educated Physician and Pharmacist, which enhances my ability to provide thoughtful, holistic care. My approach is rooted in the biopsychosocial model, emphasizing patient-centered strategies that consider your mind, body, and environment.

I firmly believe in the possibility of recovery. Many of my clients are inspired to discover that, with adherence to an individualized treatment plan, meaningful progress and improved quality of life are achievable.

In more than 20 years of practice, I've had the good fortune to walk beside many peoplemoving through difficult times and struggle to a place of relief and the recovery of a sense of identity, integrity, and self worth. For many years, I have specialized in helping men and women struggling with Sex Addiction. More recently my work has led me to help Couple's find each other again and to guide them through a range of relationship and recovery related issues. My experience has allowed me to develop an understanding of how to help with many other problems including grief, depression, and anxiety. My approach is always compassionate but solution focused.
