I grew up in Puerto Rico and move to FL about 30 years ago. I have an intense training and experience in Trauma recovery helping victim of violence, illness or accidents. I am also trained and enjoy helping neuro atypical people to develop ways of managing life that can work for them. I can work with all ages 6 and up. I began my career working with children and quickly expanded my expertise to include adults and couples. Throughout my 26 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have seen the incredible power of the human spirit to overcome trauma and unexpected life struggles. I also support individuals experiencing self-doubt, boundary concerns, emotional overwhelm, and relational dynamics that leave them feeling unseen or unheard.
