With over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating grief and loss, life transitions, chronic illness, trauma (including first responders), aging-related concerns, and members of the agricultural and farming communities.

I am Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Masters degree in Clinical Counseling and a Bachelors in Psychology and Criminal Justice. I am a Virginia CIT instructor and a clinician vetted through VALEAP. My experience includes post critical incident debriefs and peer support.
My clinical background includes working in emergency behavioral health settings, where I help individuals stabilize during some of life’s most challenging moments.
I have a particular passion for working with individuals impacted by critical incidents, acute stress, adjustment to change, and those navigating anxiety, depression, and overwhelming life stress.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides online mental health therapy services to West Virginia women ages 18 and over. I enjoy working with women of all ages, those dealing with high stress occupations, infidelity, relationship difficulties, PTSD, OCD, life transitions, and bipolar disorder.
