I'm a holistic practitioner who considers a whole person perspective. I originally graduated from Aspen University in 2019 with my Masters in Psychology and Addiction studies. Then I pursued my Doctorate degree in Metaphysical Humanism with a specialization in Kvantum Energy Healing ftom the International Church of Metaphysical Humanism as well as became a clinical Hypnotherapist from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute.
I provide online individual, couples, and family therapy using a relational and narrative approach through Pinehurst Relationships Seattle. Based out of the Pinehurst neighborhood (98125) of North Seattle—right next door to Shoreline and Northgate—my telehealth services are available to clients throughout all of Washington State.
My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that our lives and relationships are deeply connected to the world around us. When a family dynamic feels tense, a couple loses their shared intimacy, or a child or teen gets stuck in a repetitive, draining loop, modern macro-stressors, grief, and overwhelm are usually magnifying the strain. I work to help you break the cyclical patterns that leave your relationships running on empty. If your primary bonds feel overwhelmed right now, you don't have to navigate it alone.
Education and experience: I hold a BA from the University of Washington (1985) and an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch Seattle (2022). My clinical roots include a dedicated internship in community mental health in Edmonds and an associate residency at a Seattle group practice. Outside the office, I recharge by gardening, walking with my partner, and heading out on PNW trail adventures with our hiking cat, Jasper.
After getting my master's in counseling psychology decades ago, there has been a strong focus in helping others process through trauma, depression, anxiety and other mental health symptoms getting in the way of living one's best life, I am a licensed mental health counselor who uses several skills and techniques to help people heal.
As an Asian immigrant from Taiwan, I understand firsthand the pressures of balancing cultural expectations with life in the U.S.—like feeling torn between family obligations and personal goals, navigating identity in different cultural spaces, or struggling to express emotions that may not feel “acceptable” in your community. These experiences inform my work with clients who feel stuck, anxious, or disconnected, especially when patterns from the past show up in relationships, work, or life transitions. With years of experience in private practice and community clinics in NYC, I create a compassionate, culturally attuned space for young adults, professionals, and anyone seeking to better understand themselves, explore their emotions, and build clarity, confidence, and resilience.
Hi there, my name is Lee. I am a bi-racial, first-generation Vietnamese-American, and I believe the best therapy happens when we bring our full, authentic selves into the room. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. I have a passion for working with couples and diverse populations. My goal is to truly understand and connect, offering a space filled with warmth, radical acceptance, clear accountability, and—fair warning—the occasional painful dad joke.
I believe healing happens best when compassion and laughter meet. In our work together, you'll find a space grounded in honesty, vulnerability, and genuine human connection-free of judgment, filled with support, and occasionally lightened by humor. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, deepen your relationships, and reconnect with what brings meaning to your life.
I'm a licensed Marriage and Family therapist with over a decade of experience working with individuals, couples and families. My background spans schools, community behavioral health, clinics and private practice. I specialize in eating disorders (adolescents and adults), communication, identity development, and family-of-origin work, helping clients build awareness and lasting change.
As a neurodivergent therapist, I use an integrative and holistic approach to therapy. I strive to provide a warm, collaborative space to explore. I enjoy highlighting strengths in my clients, empowering you to accomplish your goals.
