I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Utah who has been practicing since 2015. I tend to take a direct approach but also show love and compassion to all of the clients I see no matter their age, race, gender, past, or present that prevents them from moving into their future. Within the practice I work in, Renova Wellness & Consulting, we specialize in trauma treatment and using various techniques to help clients live a live they deserve.
About Me
I believe everyone deserves a safe place to be heard, understood, and supported. As a Certified Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience, I help adolescents, young adults, and adults navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. My career began as a middle school counselor, followed by my work with LDS Family Services, where I supported individuals, couples, and families experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, mood disorders, and addictions. I have maintained my private practice for over 10 years.
I earned my BA in Psychology from the University of Utah and my MA in Educational Counseling from the University of Phoenix, where I completed the requirements for CMHC licensure.

Cultivating Resilience, Inspiring Growth — Women's Counseling

Let Your Voice Be Heard — Teen Counseling
Adolescence can bring significant emotional, social, academic, and relationship challenges. I help teens feel heard, understand their emotions, work through challenges, and develop confidence and healthy coping skills.
You've been going it alone for so long and surviving but you've reached a point where a listening ear and some new coping skills are necessary. Reaching out for therapy takes courage, and the rewards can be so worth it. My experience as a therapist can help you get unstuck and thriving again.
I have been providing treatment for over 25 years. I'm very skilled and have focused on addiction treatment, depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health illnesses. I am very curious about your situation and would love to assist you.
I am a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Masters in Clinical Social Work, and received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. I am also a certified 200 HR yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner. I bring a deeply integrative approach to healing, blending somatic therapies, mindfulness, and energy work with evidence-based interventions. I am also currently completing my PhD in Integral and Transpersonal Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
With a foundation in yoga, nervous system regulation, and spiritual practice, my work is rooted in guiding you to return to your own embodied truth through reinforcing resilience and post-traumatic growth. I primarily work with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and those navigating PTSD and other trauma related diagnoses.
I am committed to helping clients feel safe, heard, seen, and valued. My social work and community health education background help me focus on wellness in all areas of your life!
I'm a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience working with adults. I earned my Master's in Counseling from Liberty University. I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, and supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed or put a lot of pressure on themselves to hold everything together. My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, and I see therapy as a partnership focused on creating meaningful, practical change.
I'm a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of experience working with adults navigating some of life's hardest seasons — infertility, adoption, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and the kind of grief that doesn't have a clear name yet. I'm faith-integrated in my approach, which means I honor the role spirituality plays in your life without ever making it a requirement. My clients describe me as warm, easy to talk to, and refreshingly direct. I don't do one-size-fits-all therapy — every treatment plan starts with your story.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time outdoors, riding my horses, and being with my family. These activities help me stay grounded and connected to what matters most in life. I value balance, authenticity, and meaningful relationships, and I bring those same values into my work with clients. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and working toward their goals.
As a Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD), Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Certified Chef with four decades of experience, I offer a distinctive integrative approach to sports performance counseling that combines sports nutrition, performance psychology, and mental health counseling. My expertise includes sports performance counseling, sports nutrition, mental performance, performance anxiety, injury rehabilitation, return-to-play, burnout, overtraining syndrome, Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S), body composition optimization, fueling for performance, hydration strategies, safe weight management for competition, and athlete transitions—including preparing for collegiate athletics, competing at elite levels, recovering from injury or illness, and transitioning into or out of professional sport.
Hi, I’m Sheena Gaddis, LCSW, and I’m so glad you’re here.
