Her career encompasses extensive work in specialized neurology, with a specific clinical focus on sleep medicine, family medicine, inpatient level 1 psychiatric hospitals, primary and urgent care, and acute care settings. This diverse background provides her with a unique ability to bridge the gap between complex physical medicine and behavioral health, allowing her to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to individuals across the lifespan.

In her telehealth practice, Jane leverages her specialized mastery of in-patient psychiatry, sleep architecture disorders, and advanced primary care evaluation to provide accessible, expert-led mental health medication management. She prioritizes clinical autonomy and seamless collaboration to ensure total continuity of care for the patients she serves. Hi, I'm Darrien. During my time as a therapist, I have seen the inter-workings of all levels of care, ranging from inpatient hospitalization to private practice. Most of the clients I have worked with have been in crisis, recovery, and acute stress which has prepared me for individual therapy in a way that allows me to hold space for all aspects of the client, their past, present, and their future. I specialize in helping adults experiencing addictions with co-occuring mood disorders.
