I believe healing happens in a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood. My approach is trauma‐informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in compassion. I work collaboratively, at your pace, and without judgment. You can expect me to be honest, supportive, and consistent as we explore patterns, build skills, and work toward the life you want. My goal is to help you feel empowered, capable, and more connected to yourself and others. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you uncover your strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful change. I meet you where you are and support you in moving forward at a pace that feels right for you.
Some experiences change the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.
Whether you're grieving a loss, recovering from trauma, navigating a mental health challenge, or trying to regain your footing after a difficult season of life, it's easy to feel overwhelmed by emotions that seem impossible to untangle on your own.
I'm Michelle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults facing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, trauma, PTSD, and major life challenges. Through my experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as crisis intervention work, I've had the privilege of helping people navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives. One thing I've learned is that healing rarely happens all at once—it happens one step, one conversation, and one breakthrough at a time.
My goal is to provide a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward.

It is my belief that as people become more aware and accepting of themselves, they are more capable of finding a sense of peace and contentment in their lives. What is your approach to therapy? For therapy to be most successful, it is important for you to take an active role. This means working on the things you and I talk about, both during and between sessions. Generally, the more you are willing to invest the greater the return. It is my intention to empower you in your growth process to the degree that you can face life’s challenges in the future without me. I do not believe in creating dependency or prolonging therapy if the therapeutic intervention does not seem to be helping.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?As a clinician, I have experience providing person-centered recovery plans; rehabilitation skills training; case management; and crisis intervention services, to individuals living with severe and persistent mental health concerns.
