I have been assisting individuals, couples, and families since the 80's. I consider myself a lifelong learner who blends evidence-based practice with wit and wisdom. I am licensed in Texas as a clinical social worker and chemical dependency counselor. I earned my master's degree from The University of Kansas in '96. My focus was administration and community mental health. I completed the MSW clinical practicum and seminar so that I can attest to using both sides of my brain. In my opinion, every problem has a solution. It would be my honor to assist you.

I come from a systems and person-centered background, with a masters degree in Social Work. I am fully credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and use a relational approach to meet my clients where they are at.

I work with adults who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, substance use, or other life challenges, my goal is to offer a supportive space where you can feel understood and begin making meaningful changes.

I am a native Texan, auntie, ice cream-loving, roller skating, retired professional athlete who also happens to be a Therapist. My background in the world of mental health dates back 10 years, in my work with families of Autism, Substance abuse and misuse, Student-athletes, Life- transitions, and family therapy. I enjoy introducing people back to themselves as they unpack their past with grace and patience. Hello, looking for a place to process life? Feeling isolated and alone? Need an outlet? I've been providing talk therapy to adult men and women (and adolescents) since 2013 in several different treatment settings. Safe, open, supportive, but also directive when solutions are needed though space to simply talk through issues and life (Depression, anxiety, hypomania, stress, relationships, relaxation, etc.) I'm a clinical supervisor and terminally licensed in three states (PA,NM, & TX). I'm a husband and father with a young family, enjoy sports and cooking with and for family.
