Hi Everyone, I'm Lorena, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Texas, and I provide medication management and supportive psychiatric care for adults. I was raised in a Mexican American household, and I value culturally sensitive care that respects family dynamics, identity, and lived experience. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, postpartum depression or anxiety, schizophrenia, and life stressors such as grief and family conflict. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and not judged.
I’m Tania Adams, MSW, LICSW, M.Ed. I’m a psychotherapist, visual artist, and educator. I provide in-person eco-therapy in Austin, Texas and virtually throughout Texas & Washington. My work integrates somatic therapy, attachment-focused healing, relational neuroscience, and anti-oppressive practice. My clinical lens is grounded, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and deeply human.
It’s so nice to meet you. I believe that taking care of your mental health is an important part of living a balanced and fulfilling life. As a licensed professional counselor, I’ve spent years helping children, teens, and adults work through challenges like depression, anxiety, and everyday stress. My goal is to create a warm and supportive space where you can feel comfortable, understood, and ready to take steps toward feeling better.
My passion is helping women to regain a feeling of control and authorship in their lives. I specialize in helping women with postpartum depression/anxiety, self-esteem issues and stress from life transitions. I received my Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Ohio State in 2008. I'm a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience.
Welcome! I am so glad you found me. I am a highly trained therapist who works with children and adolescents ages 3-18 as well as young adults and parents. I received my undergraduate degree from Dallas Baptist University and my Masters in Counseling from the University of North Texas. I am an LPC, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have also worked with foster and adoptive children and their families and I am trauma-informed as well having a broad range of experience in education. I have two therapy dogs who often join me in sessions. George is an experienced helper while Charolette is still a puppy in training. I have been working with children for over 20 years.
I’m passionate about helping individuals find healing and balance through compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. With over a decade of experience as a registered nurse, I bring a deeply rooted sense of empathy, advocacy, and holistic understanding into every session. I’ve cared for individuals through some of their most vulnerable moments, and that same dedication guides my work in psychiatry. I believe in creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.

Hi, I'm Crystal! I believe life can be challenging enough as is, without having to navigate it with anxiety, depression and racing thoughts. I believe reaching out for help, or just having someone to talk to, is the most important thing you can do. Life is stressful, life is messy and sometimes having someone to talk to can help clear your head. Please don’t overthink things, don’t spend hours looking for the “perfect therapist, and overanalyze the therapy process. I’m here to help- just reach out that’s the first step!
Dr. Victoria Benson, DNP, APRN-CNP, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) with 17 years of experience in health care and 4 years of experience in psychiatry treatments.
