Do you love someone who is caught up in the pain of addiction or mental illness? Have you tried everything you can think of but have no idea how to help or what else to do? Are you afraid your partner, spouse, adult child or other loved one will end up in jail, or worse? I get it. Maybe you're just mad. Maybe you're tired of having to handle everything yourself. Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions begin affecting every part of your life. You may be exhausted from trying to hold everything together, questioning your next step, or feeling like you've lost touch with the person you want to be. For me, I aim to help others transform their lives through compassionate, personalized care (with plenty of humor along the way). I specialize in working with people of color, student-athletes, and those who are neurodivergent. If you’re neurodivergent and reading this, you’ve finally found someone who specializes in and deeply understands your unique perspective. Whether seeking clarity on behaviors, understanding how you interpret the world, or navigating challenges, I am here to help.
I take an eclectic, individualized approach to counseling so therapy can meet your unique needs. I’m trauma-informed and EMDR trained, and I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy into my work.
Together, we’ll identify what’s bringing you to therapy and focus on practical steps toward meaningful change.
