McCartney is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Minor in Bible from Harding University. From there he went on to receive his Master’s Degree from Texas Wesleyan in Professional Counseling. McCartney has experience with a wide range of ages from his time working as a children’s ministry intern, to working at a treatment center for teens and young men and running group counseling at an intensive outpatient program.

Judith enjoys working with diverse groups and people from different cultures. She practices improving mental wellness and quality of life for her patients. She treats children, adolescents, and adults ages twelve and above. Judith is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and a 2022 graduate of University of Texas at Arlington. She is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and has 10 years of psychiatry experience.

Dr. Karen provide services to Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey and Texas she is a licensed professional counseling supervisor (LPC-S) in Texas, and licensed mental health counseling supervisor (LMHC-S) in Florida with more than 15 years of counseling experience, offering a unique blend of clinical expertise, trauma-informed care, and spiritually grounded guidance. She has a (MS) in Mental Health Counseling: Traumatology and a EdD. In Community Care Counseling: Traumatology. As the founder of Empowerment & Counseling Firm by Dr. Karen, PLLC, she is dedicated to helping individuals reclaim their voice, rebuild their strength, and rise into the healthiest version of themselves, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically.

I take pleasure in being down-home friendly and plainspoken. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). I happen to be a disabled veteran and a Bible-believing Christian. While my faith in Christ and my family are the central part of my life, I don't push it on others, but my faith definitely helps me treat others with care, compassion, respect and without judgment.. I enjoy working with people from various backgrounds and cultures.
