I earned my Master's in Counseling from St. Mary's University and have spent my career walking alongside adults navigating some of life's most challenging moments — anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, women's issues, and so much more. As a Hispanic woman, I understand firsthand the importance of feeling truly seen and understood by your therapist, and I am committed to creating a space where your full identity is honored and welcomed. Hi, I’m Katerine Lickteig, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas with over 15 years of experience. I hold a Master’s degree from Prairie View University and specialize in helping individuals of all ages overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. As a certified EMDR therapist, I have successfully worked with clients to heal from past trauma.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time outdoors, riding my horses, and being with my family. These activities help me stay grounded and connected to what matters most in life.
