In her telehealth practice, Jane leverages her specialized mastery of in-patient psychiatry, sleep architecture disorders, and advanced primary care evaluation to provide accessible, expert-led mental health medication management. She prioritizes clinical autonomy and seamless collaboration to ensure total continuity of care for the patients she serves. Driven by a mission to stabilize long-term health and improve wellness, Jane combines her rigorous clinical foundation with a warm, holistic, and open-minded approach to ensure every patient feels empowered, supported, and heard throughout their psychiatric and overall health journey.

My name is Oluwatoyin Omodaratan, PMHNP-BC, and I go by Toyin. I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 4 years of experience as a provider and more than 19 years rooted in psychiatric nursing.

I provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. My clinical experience spans a wide range of psychiatric conditions across the lifespan, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, psychotic disorders, and other mental health concerns.

I believe in treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and individualized, ensuring that each client feels heard, supported, and actively involved in their treatment plan. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where healing, growth, and stability can occur.

Choosing to begin therapy is a meaningful step, and I'm honored to support clients as they navigate life's challenges. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas, I bring more than 20 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, seniors, and families. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish, making it easier for clients to express themselves in the language in which they feel most comfortable. My background includes over two decades as a school counselor and the past five years in private practice, giving me a deep understanding of the emotional, relational, and life challenges people face across different stages of life.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with difficult emotions, or simply looking for a safe space to grow, I strive to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard and understood.

Provides psychiatry care services to patients ages 6 &up. Prior to starting Phoenix Minds, I was a Nurse Practitioner at Heartland Physicians, worked inpatient, outpatient setting@ Woodland Springs Hospital, Westpark springs behavioral Hospital, Consulted for Encompass health in Woodlands& vision park.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Texas Arlington, and Master of Science in Nursing immediately after. Board certified by ANCC and have 19 years of Nursing experience.
