I’m a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a background in nursing across a range of mental health settings, including outpatient care and higher-acuity environments. My training has focused on assessing, diagnosing, and treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, and substance use, using both medication management and psychotherapy. I completed advanced graduate education in psychiatric-mental health nursing, which prepared me to provide holistic, evidence-based care across the lifespan and to collaborate closely with other members of the treatment team.

I specialize in supporting clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem. I’m especially passionate about supporting first-generation adults navigating anxiety, identity, family expectations, relationships, and life transitions—while also welcoming anyone who is ready to grow, heal, and make positive changes in their life.

I have over 24 years of experience working with all different age groups and diagnoses. I have extensive experience working with complex trauma to include military, veteran and first responder related experiences. I have years of experience working with PTSD, moral injury and survivor's guilt.
