I graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with a Master's Degree in Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I spent the beginning of my career in mental health working at an MHMR, as well as with those struggling with addiction and eating disorders.

I'm a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, and my training centers on concepts and skills from dialectical behavioral and family systems models of therapy.
