If you’re feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, or ongoing conflict in your relationships, you don’t have to face it alone. I work with adult men, couples, and families who are ready to make changes but aren’t sure where to start. Together, we’ll slow things down, understand what’s really going on underneath the surface, and create a path toward more stability, connection, and peace in your life.
