Hi, I'm Jack. I'm a licensed clinical social worker with eight years of experience helping adults and adolescents in Texas navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. I grew up in Baltimore, trained at the University of Michigan School of Social Work, and now work virtually with clients across the state. My approach is designed to bring you safety and clarity in your life, past, present, and future. I genuinely enjoy getting to know the people I work with, and I believe every person has more capacity for change than they give themselves credit for. Choosing the right therapist can be an exhausting process. Even if you’re just thinking of maybe starting therapy, feel free to give me a call. I would love to speak with you and help you figure this all out!
As both a mental health and addiction professional, I bring a compassionate and holistic perspective to my work with clients. I understand that each person’s experiences are unique, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges, building on their strengths, and working toward meaningful change.
My educational background reflects my commitment to understanding the connection between mental health, trauma, and overall well-being. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion with a minor in Psychology from Colorado State University–Pueblo, followed by a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health and Trauma from the University of Denver.
Hi! My name is Keyonda Dean, but my friends call me Keyandra. I'm really glad you're here. You may have been feeling low, unmotivated, or disconnected for a while now. Maybe you have lost interest in things that used to matter, or you wake up already exhausted. Perhaps you have been running on empty for so long that it's starting to feel normal. Some days, it's hard to explain what is wrong, but you are still showing up, still getting through your to-do list. But something feels off. It's not just "stress," and you aren't being dramatic. What you are feeling is real, and you deserve support that actually helps. I work with patients across a wide range of mental health experiences - whether you are dealing with anxiety and depression, mood disorder, ADHD, or navigating something that feels new and hard to name
I am a Compassionate Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to helping people navigate their mental health journey. My approach centers on comprehensive psychiatric assessment, careful medication management, and expert crisis intervention. I’m passionate about building genuine therapeutic relationships, collaborating with other providers, and promoting evidence-based, patient-centered mental health care.
I have over a decade of experience in the Mental Health field with a substantial history in substance use counseling, working with individuals who were incarcerated. Females with co-occurring disorders in a controlled environment. I moved to working with an exclusive male population, where I assisted them to gain skills to overcome life's difficulties. As I, myself, gained skills and knowledge I moved into working with those within my community seeking services. I helped people seeking individual services as well as leading group counseling sessions which has always been a part of my therapeutic styles.
Working with competency restoration, probation and parolees gave me a guided sense of purpose and a knowledge of the law.
I have also worked with trauma informed care, military and those seeking a better way of life. I have worked with individuals within the TDCJ system. In my journey I have worked with those that deal with unforeseen life challenges, whether through a life choice or an unimaginable circumstance. My focus has always been on helping.
