I have been working in the field of counseling since 2007. Specialties include: Teenagers and young adults with anxiety, depression, borderline personalities, and LGBTQ+. I enjoy the teenager population because they are the most overlooked. I received my LPC license in 2020 after working in the field for 13 years. On my down time I enjoy coaching soccer and reffing along with many other sports with my many kids.
You bring your goals and strengths and I’ll bring a fresh perspective and tools that empower. Integrating mindfulness, creative arts, or your spiritual practices enhances my pragmatic, behavioral approach. Bonus: Free weekly women’s virtual group forming.

I believe that everyone deserves to have a therapist. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to take it alone. I work with teens (late adolescence) through adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for support and clarity, therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and begin creating meaningful change. In addition to individual therapy, I offer couples and family therapy to help improve communication, strengthen relationships, and work through difficult dynamics.
