I use CBT, DBT, mindfulness, Polyvagal theory and Internal Family Systems and will share resources in abundance. I was a teacher before I made a midlife career change to become a therapist. I am not a one size fits all therapist. And I am ok with that. Right fit is important.

I enjoy working with patients who are struggling with perinatal issues (fertility issues, loss, pregnancy challenges), anxiety, and those who are coping with illnesses or life transitions.
