I bring empathy, humor, and a down-to-earth style to create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and truly yourself. Therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a script. I value connection and will support you with compassion—while also gently challenging unhelpful patterns. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and help you move forward.

Hello! I’m Noel Fournarakis, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with approximately 9 years of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to support individuals across a wide range of levels of care, from residential treatment to outpatient therapy. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety and mood disorders, postpartum anxiety and depression, and addiction.
My diverse clinical experience allows me to meet each client where they are and tailor my approach to their individual needs. I believe healing begins with having a space where you feel heard, safe, and empowered. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop meaningful tools for navigating life’s challenges. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
Welcome! As a therapist, my mission is to cultivate a place for you to share your story and rediscover your strengths. I integrate my education, training, and lived experience to create an informed, compassionate practice built on mutual trust and safety. Contact me and we can begin to write your next chapters, together.
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner, I provide thoughtful, compassionate mental health care using an integrative, whole-person approach. You bring your goals and strengths and I’ll bring a fresh perspective and tools that empower. Integrating mindfulness, creative arts, or your spiritual practices enhances my pragmatic, behavioral approach. Bonus: Free weekly women’s virtual group forming.
