Hi, I'm Becca, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I firmly believe that the most vital part of therapy is meeting you exactly where you are. Healing and growth are deeply personal, and I view our work together as your journey—you are the driver, and I am here to offer the compassionate support, guidance, and practical tools you need along the way. Whether you are navigating a difficult life transition, managing stress, or looking to make a meaningful change, we will work at a pace that feels safe and authentic to you.

I grew up in rural PA working on my grandfather's potato farm, learning equine therapy benefits starting at age eight. I joined the food industry as a waitress and worked throughout my RN undergrad.
I began my nursing career after earning my BSN from IUP in 2015, stepping directly into the fast‐paced world of behavioral health care within emergency room settings. Those early years shaped my clinical foundation and deepened my commitment to supporting individuals who have experienced trauma. I continued to grow, learning medicine, therapeutic communications skills, de-escalation techniques while working inpatient contracts at various facilities across PA, including child and adolescent units, adult and geriatric units, and correctional facility contracts.
Driven to expand efficient care through impact, I completed my MSN as a Psychiatric‐Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in November 2024. I initially provided inpatient hospital care, gaining valuable experiences in a new psychiatric treatment facility. As my career and family needs evolved, I discovered that remote psychiatric care offered the balance and flexibility that best supported both my professional goals and home life balance. My passion for farms, animals, and my large blended and busy family will help my clients see why I enjoy offering them a decade of behavioral health experience. With my advanced PMHNP training, I will deliver compassionate, accessible mental health support in a comfortable virtual setting.
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) offering telehealth psychiatric care across Oregon and Washington.
With 12 years of nursing experience laying the foundation for my deep love of patient care, I bring warmth, clinical expertise, and heartfelt dedication to individuals navigating life's most complex mental health conditions.
Specialized Sensitivity
Expertise in hormone-related mood changes, pregnancy and postpartum care, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and menopause. I'm committed to providing a safe, supportive space .
Integrative Wellness
I weave together evidence-based psychiatry with somatic and mindfulness techniques to help clients reconnect with themselves.
Whatever mental health concerns you are navigating, my approach is always trauma-informed and heart-centered.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: we all have a fundamental desire to be seen and to connect. While life inevitably brings us through seasons of loss and uncertainty, I believe these moments are where our deepest growth happens. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for that connection to take place. Together, we can explore your unique journey, creating room for the self-discovery and healing that comes when we feel truly heard.
Taking the first step toward therapy takes real courage and I am glad you are here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Hood River, Oregon, with over twelve years of experience working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the kinds of life transitions that leave you questioning who you are and where you are going. I work bilingually in English and Spanish and bring a depth-oriented, honest, and deeply human approach to the work.
With my client-centered approach to therapy, I aim to create a safe environment where my client will feel understood, safe and supported. By encouraging self awareness, identifying possible contributing factors, and building skills for beneficial change, clients should feel an increased sense of well-being, confidence and life satisfaction. In couples work, I help clients explore their relationship systems to increase greater levels of communication, understanding, empathy, and connection.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck or just plain tired of trying to figure everything out on your own. Maybe anxiety keeps you up at night, or depression makes it hard to find the motivation to get through your day. Perhaps ADHD has you juggling a million things at once, but nothing feels like it's getting done. Maybe you're in the midst of a big change; a new role, shifting family dynamics, or health challenges and you're not sure how to navigate it all. I want you to know that you don't have to do it alone. Life doesn't always go as planned, and sometimes it can feel overwhelming to carry. We can find a way forward together.
