I have 20 years of experience in mental health nursing and 5 years as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
