With 34 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I've walked alongside people through some of the heaviest chapters of life — chronic illness, grief, trauma, and the kind of relationship pain that makes you question your own judgment. I earned my MSW at the University of Michigan and have spent three decades learning what actually helps people move forward.
I work exclusively via telehealth for adults and older adults in Michigan and Arizona. One thing I want you to know: I will never use AI to record our sessions. What you share with me stays between us.
A former client described working with me as "the right mix of supportive and challenging." I think that's what honest, effective therapy looks like — not just validation, but real engagement with where you want to go.
I am passionate about empowering people to change their lives for the better. I strive to build a genuine and empathic relationship, free of judgment with clients, while working as a team to achieve your goals. I work to empower you on your journey while increasing self-awareness

I earned my bachelors degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders and my Master of Social Work degrees from Michigan State University and am a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW). I also hold a certification in working with combat veterans, providing specialized training in understanding military culture, combat-related trauma, moral injury, reintegration, and the unique experiences that can continue long after service ends. This has also aided me in expanding my practice from veterans and active-duty service members to law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS, and other first responders.
