As a licensed mental health counselor, I believe that mental well-being is foundational to living a fulfilling and connected life. Taking the step to begin therapy can be challenging, and I commend you for making that choice. Over the course of my career in college and community mental health, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals navigate substance use, addiction, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, and challenges with motivation. My goal is to create a compassionate, judgment-free environment where growth and healing can take root.
Hello! I have had the honor of working with folks struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief as well as many other difficult issues for over 20 years. I believe healing happens when we honor the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My work is grounded in holistic and trauma-informed approaches that recognize each individual’s innate capacity for healing. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment during each session. My style is collaborative and interactive and I often pull from a variety of techniques and modalities.
Hello!
I proudly bring lived experience to the table, so I know a different life than comes in textbooks. It increases my odds of understanding you better and of being able to develop unique strategies for you in a shorter amount of time. I've wanted to work in mental health since I was a child, and bring that enthusiasm to my work. Hope to see you soon.

Since finishing my training, I have worked in a wide range of settings with people struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, substance use disorders, significant trauma, and many other issues. I cannot move mountains for you, but I can help you climb. Facing fears, healing from loss, finding meaning and joy - these are the inevitable tasks of life. Therapy may be your first step or your last resort. Often people avoid it all together because they believe their pain is too great, worry they will be judged or that their situation is too complicated. Some people believe they should solve problems on their own or only with family and friends. However, while family and friends may want the best for us, they often come with opinions or past hurts. Sometimes it helps to have a safe space outside your daily experience.
Welcome, I’m glad you’re here.
As a counselor, I believe that healing begins with being truly seen and heard. My approach is grounded in empathy, patience, and deep respect for every journey. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences openly and begin to find your way forward with understanding and compassion. With me, all emotions are valid- sarcasm, anger, fear, and tears are all welcome.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief in all its forms, new motherhood, life transitions, sex and relationship issues, confidence struggles, medical trauma, and the complex realities of caregiving- some of which I have personal experience with. These experiences can bring feelings of isolation, uncertainty, and exhaustion. Together, we’ll work to untangle those emotions, build resilience, and rediscover a sense of balance and purpose.
As an independently licensed LICSW, I bring years of experience and a calm, steady presence to my work. My practice is collaborative and person-centered. No person is the same and neither are the strategies and research-based methods I use with each client. We will work together to identify your goals, explore your strengths, and create a plan that amplifies YOU. I view therapy as a partnership built on trust and the belief that you have the capability to change your life with a little bit of guidance. I often use a blend of somatic approaches, Internal Family Systems, and a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I understand that life can be busy. I offer evening and weekend appointments to make support more accessible and convenient. Don't see a time that works for you? Just ask!
Change can be challenging, and healing often unfolds in its own time. You don’t have to walk that path alone. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, confidence, and well-being.
