I'm Rhyanna, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who is ready to help you lead a more fulfilling life. I enjoy treating those who are suffering with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting stress, ADHD, LGBTQIA+ issues, life transitions, grief, body image concerns and more. I am not specialized for any populations at this time and provide a general but effective approach.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in behavioral health, and I hold a Doctor of Social Work (DSW). I specialize in childhood trauma, anxiety, burnout, and working with neurodivergent individuals, including ADHD and autism. I often support people who feel overwhelmed, stuck in survival mode, or exhausted from masking and holding everything together on their own.

My style is warm and down to earth, and I focus on meeting you where you are in each session. Therapy with me is collaborative and flexible, shaped around what works best for you. My goal is to offer a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you work toward meaningful change.

I am an experienced therapist helping individual clients cope with addictions, trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I also work with couples on common struggles such as conflict resolution, lack of connection, and reduced physical intimacy. I use evidence-based methods enabling clients to achieve their desired goals.

I know how much courage it takes to begin making changes because I have experienced it myself. My own changes have included a career shift, moving halfway across the world, building a home, and starting a family. I've been doing this work for 25 years — which means I've sat with a lot of people in a lot of different kinds of pain, and I've watched most of them find their way through it. I work with adolescents, adults, and families dealing with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ identity, cultural identity, and the messy overlaps between all of those things. I'm warm, direct, and probably a little funnier than you'd expect from a therapist. That's intentional. Some of the hardest healing I've witnessed happened in moments that also had some lightness in them. I'm LGBTQ+ affirming, work with couples and families in addition to individuals, and I accept Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Cigna through Headway — plus several additional insurers on Psychology Today.

I’m Angela, a dedicated and empathetic Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience providing comprehensive mental health care. I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, and sleep disorders, as well as life transitions related to relationships, career, and personal growth. My focus is on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where every client feels heard and empowered.

I am a down-to-earth, approachable therapist with over a decade of experience supporting teenagers, young adults, and their families. Many clients arrive hesitant about therapy but quickly find a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where they can talk about anything. I strive to be responsive to each person’s life experiences, including gender- and race-based toxic stress and trauma. I completed my training at Boston University and spent several years working with a multidisciplinary team at a safety-net hospital.

I've been in practice for thirty years, working with clients of all ages. I have Master's Degrees in Counseling and Religious Studies, with concentrations in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, EMDR and Expressive Therapies.
