You may still be managing work, relationships, and everything else on your plate — but it's taking more out of you than it used to. I offer warm, practical online therapy for adults across Massachusetts who are anxious, low, irritable, exhausted, or just not quite themselves, often while still holding everything together on the outside. I'm a bilingual, bicultural LICSW with eight years of clinical experience, including several years in medical and women's health settings. Sessions are available in English and Spanish.

Though it can be joyful, it can also be a vulnerable time filled with overwhelming stress, worry, sadness, or even grief. If this sounds at all like you, please know I am here to help.
