I am a licensed professional counselor and I have worked in this field for over 20 years. I received my Masters at Howard University in Washington, DC. , in counseling and have also received additional training at Catholic University. I am a nationally certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors.

Charlene Gantt, CRNP-PMH has over 30 years of nursing experience, including 12 years as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in outpatient settings. She is ANCC Board Certified and has worked with clients across the lifespan, from adolescents to geriatric adults.
Charlene earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from York College of Pennsylvania, her Master of Science in Nursing with a Care Management focus in Maternal Health from Shenandoah University, and her Post-Master’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification from Shenandoah University.
Her background includes medical-surgical nursing, maternity care, psychiatry, outpatient clinics, community care, nursing program coordination, clinical instruction, and precepting psychiatric nurse practitioner students. She has experience treating anxiety, trauma-related concerns, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, dual diagnoses, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, and co-occurring physical and mental health needs.
