Living in survival mode is exhausting.
When you've experienced trauma or spent months—or even years—living with anxiety or depression, it can feel like your mind never gets a chance to rest. You may constantly expect the worst, feel emotionally drained, or wonder why it's so hard to move forward even when you're trying your best. The good news is that healing is possible, and you don't have to do it alone.
I'm Lorena, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression. Whether you're healing from a single traumatic event or years of overwhelming experiences, my goal is to help you move beyond survival mode and rediscover a sense of peace, confidence, and hope.
