Couples who call me say they've drifted apart, feel more like roommates, and affection has stopped. Ineffective patterns of communication prevent them from reaching to each other. The magic in their relationship has died and the dance has ended. Individuals who call me say they are exhausted, discouraged, and dissatisfied with life. Old thoughts and behaviors continue to negatively impact who they are, what they want to accomplish, and their relationships. They too, have lost the meaning and magic of life. Healthy relationships, whether with yourself or others, are key to a happy, satisfying, life and keeping the magic going.
I consider myself the Dolly Parton of mental wellness: all humans are welcome, being clear is kind, and, like Dolly, sometimes we all need a little help navigating life from 9-to-5. I provide therapy in Ohio and Kentucky, and I also offer holistic wellness coaching and integrative psychedelic support to help you explore growth from multiple angles. In our sessions, I tailor the process to fit you—addressing experiences, patterns, or distortions that might leave your cup of ambition dry. With a transparent, solution-focused approach, we’ll work together to create meaningful, lasting change that goes beyond our 50 minutes.

Shaped by own life experiences, I became a social worker to help people navigate the uncertainties of life. We have all gone through transitions in life from career changes to family changes. It can be really hard to do that alone. After earning my degree in social work, I dedicated my career to roles helping adults, youth, and family systems. I understand how difficult it can be to go through a separation/divorce, family changes, job changes, growing into teen years and added stress - especially while also trying to manage the day to day life. Ive been there myself! My mission is to foster hope, stability, a listening ear, and skills you can walk away with.
In 2011, I came across a magazine photo of a little girl standing alone, looking confused and crying. Behind her, people from her community were running for safety, not noticing her. Their whole community was about to be destroyed by a tsunami. Later that year, when I faced a big change in my own life, I remembered that picture of the little girl. It reminded me that I was not alone.
