As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I enjoy working with children, teens and adults who are navigating personal challenges including anxiety, panic, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, chronic illness, and life adjustments. I specialize in evidence based cognitive behavioral therapy modalities. I am passionate about this work because I believe God has created us for relational connection, and healing begins with feeling heard and seen--no one should have to face life's trials alone. For over 10 years, I have worked alongside individuals navigating some of life's most difficult challenges, including trauma, addiction, incarceration, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and major life transitions. These experiences have taught me that healing happens when people feel safe, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My curiosity about substance abuse and family systems sparked my interest in this field, leading me to study substance abuse counseling, which eventually deepened my passion for psychology.

Over the years, I’ve worked in Connecticut alongside DCF and the court systems. Since starting as a case manager in 1995, I’ve continued to grow and gain valuable experience in this ever-evolving field of psychology.
