My approach is practical and solution focused. I see therapy as a colloboration between the therapist and the client. Perhaps, you’re fixated on your past or the future, negative thoughts can have a strong impact on all aspect of our lives. Once we understand how our thoughts influence our feelings and behaviors- we will work together to discover new ways to think and react to situations.
