With a PhD in clinical psychology and a specialization in neuropsychology, I combine expertise with a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to therapy. FIT MIND counseling services enjoys empowering clients finding a more meaningful way to live their lives and assisting them learning about the importance of self-love. Helping clients to focus on themselves and on their self-care is a precious thing. When they learn to embrace and unconditionally love for being themselves, they become stronger in the face of negativity and more able to hold onto positive thoughts when faced with challenges.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I enjoy working with children, teens and adults who are navigating personal challenges including anxiety, panic, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, chronic illness, and life adjustments. I specialize in evidence based cognitive behavioral therapy modalities. I am passionate about this work because I believe God has created us for relational connection, and healing begins with feeling heard and seen--no one should have to face life's trials alone. Please contact me, and I will personally schedule you if you do not see an availabilty.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 12 years of experience helping adults navigate difficult seasons of life. I hold a Master’s in Social Services and a Master’s in Law and Social Policy from Bryn Mawr College, and I am licensed in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas.
My areas of particular interest include women’s mental health, perinatal and postpartum concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, stress and burnout, parenting, relationships, and major life transitions. I have specialized training in perinatal care and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I came to therapy because I genuinely enjoy the process of sitting with people as they make sense of what is happening in their lives and figure out what comes next. I’m down-to-earth, comfortable talking about difficult or uncomfortable things, and I believe therapy should feel like a conversation—not an interrogation.
I also believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to bring experience, perspective, questions, and tools to the process while helping you identify what matters to you and what you want to change.

I love helping Women thrive in Truth! I am a working Mom and Wife and I've found that having a foundation of truth fuels me. Truth about who I am, what my past means, and what my future holds; it all helps me to feel more calm and grounded. I'm grateful that I get to share this journey with Women who are willing to admit that life is tough, but hope has come.
