Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia. I earned my undergraduate degrees at Oglethorpe University & completed my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. Additionally, I hold certifications as a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider (CTMH) & a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). My experience covers a wide spectrum of issues, including mood disorders, anxiety, grief, depression, life transitions, & emotional abuse.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my practice as a licensed clinical psychotherapist, my approach to therapy is integrative and client centered. I believe in tailoring the therapeutic process to each individual's unique needs & preferences.

I draw upon a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, & solution-focused therapy, among others.

Central to my approach is building a strong therapeutic alliance based on empathy, trust, & non-judgment.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions together, clients can expect to gain a comprehensive and personalized experience that is tailored to their specific needs and goals. My primary objective is to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and challenges.
