I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in emergency medicine as a Registered Nurse, along with experience in outpatient psychiatry and interventional mental health treatment settings. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, stress, and treatment-resistant mood conditions.

Lacy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor that specializes in working with clients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), specifically working with many parents when there is perinatal or postpartum OCD and postpartum depression. Subtypes of OCD that she is most familiar with in addition to perinatal/postpartum OCD are Harm OCD, Contamination OCD, and Sexual Obsessions (such a Pedophilia OCD P-OCD). She has seen many clients with counting and checking related compulsions as well.

Welcome! I have over 25 years experience in helping individuals and couples improve relationships, anxiety, parenting struggles, narcissistic abuse, pain of infertility, and women’s issues. I graduated from the University of Central Florida and started out in community mental health before I began counseling at a large church followed by my current private practice.
