I have lived experience with mental health challenges and treatment

Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, poor self-esteem, negative thoughts, unhealthy relationships or the inability to say NO! Are you tired of feeling like nothing will change or your stuck in life because you don't know what to do to make it better? I focus on adults using CBT, REBT, Person Centered and Motivational interviewing to assist clients in learning more about themselves and their perspective on life. I am a bilingual Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides care in English and Spanish. I enjoy helping children and adults feel more understood, supported, and hopeful about their mental health. I work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, sleep difficulties, mood changes, and focus challenges. My goal is to make care feel comfortable, practical, and centered on what matters most to you.
You may look like you are holding everything together while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted underneath. I work with adults navigating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use and recovery, co-occurring concerns, and difficult life transitions.
With 19 years of behavioral health experience, I bring extensive experience in addiction and recovery and am trained in EMDR through the Francine Shapiro EMDR Institute. I understand that people are more than a diagnosis and that the ways we learn to cope often make sense in the context of what we have lived through—even when those same patterns are no longer helping us today.
My style is warm, genuine, and direct. I offer a nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard while also doing meaningful work toward change. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, and I tailor therapy to your needs, goals, strengths, and readiness.
I offer IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS in Goodyear, Arizona, serving the West Valley, as well as virtual therapy throughout Arizona, Wisconsin, Colorado, Michigan, Florida, and New Jersey.
I’ve spent years sitting with people at their lowest—through addiction, crisis, and the kind of pain that can make life feel unmanageable. That work taught me something I bring into every session now: nobody is “too much,” and no story is too messy. These days, I’m more focused on slower, steadier work. Whether you’re worn down by depression, gripping through stress, or finally ready to be honest about drinking or using, I’ll meet you where you are with steadiness, honesty, and compassion. You don’t need the right words yet; we’ll figure it out together.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of experience caring for children, teens, and adults. My goal is to help each person better understand their symptoms and discover practical ways to improve their overall quality of life. I specialize in treating ADHD, behavioral concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood changes.

I have been a licensed therapist for over a decade and received my training at state of the art educational institutes including Syracuse University and other hospital and outpatient centers across NY and Manhattan. I have also sought out ongoing participation in professional clinical consultation groups with some of the most influential therapists and thought leaders of our time. In addition, I also provide training and mentorship for new therapists looking to specialize in sex and relationship health.
I'm so happy that you're here!! That means that you're ready to take the next steps in learning more about you and the way you think and behave, which will help you understand and navigate the experiences you are having in your life currently.
