Hello! I am Bianca. Do you feel at times misunderstood, un heard, or there is something stopping you and you cant put a pin on it? I love to empower clients through difficult times by providing them support, guidance, and developing skills to accomplish their goals and not let mental health become a limitation. I have been working in the field for 8 years providing services to adolescents and adult with 3 years of being licensed in the state of Florida. I focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnosis. It is important to learn and develop the skills that will help us manage different symptoms in difficult situation to overcome obstacles.

I started my career in New York City then moved my practice to the sunny state of Florida. My experience over the past 15 years is working with adults navigating everything from everyday stress to deeper emotional wounds. Life gets complicated sometimes, but you don't have to do it alone! Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through their most vulnerable moments—and watching them rediscover their strength, gain clarity and build confidence.

I earned both my Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work Degrees from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York. I am licensed in the state of New York. I am a dedicated professional with a passion for working with individuals, couples, and families.
