I am an experienced psychotherapist in private practice for 15 years. I provide couples, family and individual therapy. As a couples therapist, I see couples that have destructive unhealthy and ineffective commuication patterns. Their inability to communicate effectively will lead to further deterioration with unresolved conflicts in their relationship, I also work with individual's who experience Anxiety, and depression. Hi, it's nice to meet you! I'm Mode, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. I have a deep passion for supporting children, teens, and young adults navigating ADHD, depression, and anxiety, as well as helping adults of all ages find healthier ways to manage stress and reclaim a sense of balance.

Outside of work, I love to travel and spend time at the beach, experiences that remind me daily of the power of slowing down and being present.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I believe in prioritizing mental health for all persons as s key to happiness and stability. I’ve been practicing for 30 years, but in the last decade, I have been focusing both on med management and individual therapy.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of nursing experience. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and have worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings, including Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, Jackson Memorial Hospital, and Baptist Health South Florida. I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I treat conditions including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, and substance use. As a bilingual provider in English and Spanish, I am committed to making compassionate mental health care more accessible.
