Hi, I’m Eliza Ale-Finks, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker with more than 10 years of experience in mental health and a Master of Social Work degree. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions. My experience includes supporting military personnel, first responders, and individuals navigating high levels of stress and significant change.
